Professional Background
Tami Reilly joined McDonald Carano in 2024 as a Litigation Paralegal in our Las Vegas office. She has been a certified paralegal for over 25 years and has worked at local and national law firms in Nevada and California. Tami’s extensive experience includes hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, as well as trials in district and federal court and appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit. She has operated Trial Director in many litigated matters to help manage, review, and present evidence.
Tami has assisted attorneys through all levels of litigation in a comprehensive range of matters, including local, national, and international commercial litigation, national products liability litigation, complex construction litigation involving major Las Vegas resort/casino properties, and highly publicized federal criminal trials. She has also provided paralegal assistance on litigated matters involving medical malpractice, workers compensation, and personal injury.
Tami’s also has well-proven experience with document review and management, disclosures, e-discovery, and expert witness and witness preparation. She demonstrated her organizational expertise while serving as an in-house paralegal at a globally renowned architect, design, and construction company where she organized and catalogued the entire seven-year history of a major development project, including hard copy documents, emails, and electronic files. Tami created and maintained a web-based, searchable electronic document storage database and local network filing system. Her system also included the tracking of litigation and licensing for the company and all its related entities.
