Professional Background
Kelli Vandenberg serves as the Director of Human Resources at McDonald Carano. She has overall responsibility for all personnel related functions, including development and implementation of all personnel policies and procedures, administration of benefit plans and personnel records, hiring and orientation of new employees, supervision of support staff, and the development of training programs. Kelli has more than 20 years of personnel experience.
Additionally, Kelli is the Reno Office Administrator and in this role, responsible for daily operations and long-range planning of the Reno office.
