Jared C. Dixon

Jared Dixon joined McDonald Carano’s Las Vegas office in 2024. He works with the firm’s Tax, Trust & Estates, and Business Entities & Transactions practice groups. Jared’s background includes serving as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Jared’s tax experience includes serving as a Tax Intern at Andersen (Seattle, WA), a Legal Intern in the Tax Practice at ArentFox Schiff (Washington, D.C.), and a Partner in the State of Utah’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program providing free tax preparation services to low-income and elderly taxpayers (Provo, UT). Jared’s trust and estates experience includes serving as a Law Clerk in the Estate Planning Practice at Murtaugh Treglia Stern & Deily (Irvine, CA).

In law school, Jared earned a 4.0 in Federal Tax, Estate Planning, Trusts, and Corporate Tax. He also served as Associate Editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review and President of the BYU Tax Law Society.
