Professional Background

Courtney Howard is a paralegal with the Business Entities, Tax Law and Trust & Estates Group at McDonald Carano. She assists with all areas of estate planning and wealth preservation, including preparation of estate plans, wealth preservation plans and complex trusts. She also works alongside clients to navigate the probate and trust administration process.

In addition to her work with trusts and estates, Courtney also assists our Business Entities and Transactions practice group. She contributes to corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions, as well as the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. She is also experienced in securing alcohol and business licenses on the state, city and county level.
