Professional Background
Aaron Shipley is a Partner in our Las Vegas office whose litigation practice focuses on trust, estate and fiduciary litigation, as well as complex commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from pleading and motion practice through discovery, settlement, and trial.
One of only a few attorneys in Nevada with specialty expertise in trust and estate litigation, Aaron has received accolades for his practice representing clients involved in trusts and estates that are being contested. For example, Mr. Shipley received “Lawyer of the Year” recognition in Trusts and Estates Litigation from The Best Lawyers in America in 2022.
Aaron’s experience handling complex business disputes includes breach of contract, interference with contract, business entity dissolutions, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and bad faith. He has more than 20 years of experience representing Nevada, national and multinational corporations.
