Professional Background
Aaron Shipley practices in the areas of commercial and complex litigation, trusts and estate litigation, and employment and labor law. He has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from pleading and motion practice through discovery, settlement, and trial.
One of only a few attorneys in Nevada who specialize in trust and estate litigation, he has received many accolades for his practice, in which he represents clients whose trusts and estates are being contested. Mr. Shipley also has experience handling complex business disputes involving breach of contract, interference with contract, business entity dissolutions, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and bad faith. He has more than 15 years of experience representing local businesses, several national and multinational corporations, and government agencies.
