Professional Background
Aaron Shipley is a Co-Chair of our Trust, Estate & Fiduciary Litigation Practice. His litigation practice focuses on trust, estate and fiduciary disputes, as well as complex commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from pleading and motion practice through discovery, settlement, and trial. Aaron received the “Lawyer of the Year” award for the Southern Nevada region in Trusts & Estates Litigation from The Best Lawyers in America in 2022.
Aaron’s experience handling complex business disputes includes breach of contract, interference with contract, business entity dissolutions, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and bad faith. He has more than 20 years of experience representing Nevada, national and multinational corporations.
