Zach Noland Awarded “Ones to Watch” Recognition in Best Lawyers
McDonald Carano congratulates Zach Noland on receiving “Ones to Watch” recognition in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Zach received this recognition in Tax Law, Trust & Estates Law, and Corporate Law.
Best Lawyers describes Ones to Watch recognition as “spotlighting rising legal talent demonstrating excellence” among attorneys with fewer than 10 years in practice. Only 2% of early-career attorneys in the United States receive this honor. Ones to Watch recognizes lawyers “making significant contributions earlier in their careers—handling complex cases, leading innovations in emerging areas of law, and demonstrating leadership.” Ones to Watch recognition is based on peer review and “highlights the legal talent of up-and-comers.” In 2020, The Best Lawyers in America introduced the Ones to Watch awards to recognize “the most elite rising legal talent in the country” and the “next generation of legal leaders representing the profession’s future.”
In addition to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, Zach is also included in the list of “Rising Stars” in Mountain States Super Lawyers magazine (2024-2025).
