Selected Fellow of Construction Lawyers Society of America
McDonald Carano congratulates Matt Addison on being selected as a Fellow and Phil Mannelly on being selected as an Associate Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Matt and Phil are co-chairs of McDonald Carano’s Construction Law & Litigation Practice Group.
CLSA is an invitation-only international association of construction industry lawyers limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows. Matt and Phil are two of only 14 Nevada CLSA Fellows, which also includes Charter Fellow George Ogilvie, the Firm Managing Partner of McDonald Carano. McDonald Carano has more CLSA members than any other firm in Nevada. CLSA Fellows are selected and invited to become members after being evaluated for their qualifications, experience, ethical reputation, and accomplishments in construction law, including transactions and litigation.
The purpose of the CLSA is to recognize highly qualified and experienced lawyers, provide legal articles on the practice of construction law and litigation, advance professional development, promote superior advocacy and ethical standards, assist in community involvement by members, advance a superior judiciary and distinguished neutrals, and take positions on issues or legislation.
