Nevada Women’s Fund Recognizes Chelsea Latino as Women of Achievement Honoree
McDonald Carano congratulates Chelsea Latino on being recognized by the Nevada Women’s Fund as a Women of Achievement Honoree at the 2022 Salute to Women of Achievement event. The event “celebrates the determination, passion, and dedication of women in our community and the businesses that support them.” Considered Reno’s largest business luncheon, nearly 1,400 annually attend to honor women in our community and support the Nevada Women’s Fund’s mission of empowering achievement in women and their families. McDonald Carano is proud to sponsor the event and we celebrate this recognition of Chelsea’s outstanding personal, professional and community service achievements.
Chelsea’s numerous leadership contributions to our firm, the legal profession, and the community include serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, the Executive Board of the Nevada Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and the Executive Committee of the Appellate Litigation Section of the State Bar of Nevada. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. At McDonald Carano, Chelsea is a member of our Appellate, Commercial & Complex Litigation, and Employment & Labor Law practice groups. She mentors law clerks and associates, serves on our recruiting committee, regularly publishes legal articles and is frequently quoted in legal profession publications.
Chelsea has also received a Pro Bono High Honors Award for completing well over 100 hours of pro bono work.
