Mark Knobel Receives 15th Lawyer of the Year award from Best Lawyers in America

In the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers, Mark received a Lawyer of the Year award in Nonprofit/Charities Law. Mark’s 15 Lawyer of the Year awards include Nonprofit/Charities Law (2026, 2024, 2017, 2015), Tax Law (2025, 2023, 2019, 2016), Corporate Law (2025, 2015, 2010), Trusts & Estates Litigation (2024, 2019, 2014), and Trusts & Estates Law (2014).
Lawyer of the Year honors are awarded to only one lawyer per practice area in a specific region who achieves “extremely high overall feedback from their peers, making it an exceptional distinction.” Only 0.4% of those in private practice received the Lawyer of the Year distinction.
