Mackenzie Warren Receives “Ones to Watch” Recognition from Best Lawyers in America
McDonald Carano proudly announces that Mackenzie Warren, attorney and Vice President of the firm’s Government Affairs & Advocacy Group, received highly regarded recognition in the 2021 inaugural Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch publication in the Government Relations Practice area. This new award from The Best Lawyers in America© recognizes “extraordinary lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years.” Ones to Watch recognition is based entirely on peer review. In 2021, Mackenzie also received recognition as one of Nevada’s “Top Lawyers” from Vegas Inc. magazine.
Combining her background as an investigative journalist with her passion for local and state government, Mackenzie focuses on developing practical legislative and administrative strategies while helping clients navigate Nevada’s political landscape. She began her career as a two-time Emmy-nominated television news anchor and reporter for the NBC affiliate in Las Vegas and Reno. Mackenzie’s legal career began in litigation before evolving into her current government affairs practice. She has litigated before the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada – Civil and Family Division. Mackenzie also dedicates a portion of her practice to pro bono legal services.
Please join us in congratulating Mackenzie for her Ones to Watch recognition.
