Chelsea Latino and Phil Mannelly Promoted to Partner

Chelsea joined McDonald Carano in 2017 after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Justice Mark Gibbons of the Nevada Supreme Court. Chelsea is Vice-Chair of our Employment & Labor Law Practice Group and a member of our Commercial & Complex Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups. Chelsea is a member of the Executive Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, Executive Board of the Nevada Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and Executive Committee of the Appellate Litigation Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Chelsea’s recent awards and recognitions include:

Phil joined McDonald Carano after earning a J.D. in 2016 and an MBA in 2012. Previously he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Larry R. Hicks with the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Phil is Co-Chair of our Construction Law & Litigation Practice Group and a member of our Commercial & Complex Litigation and Employment & Labor Law Practice Groups. He serves as a gubernatorial appointee to the Public Works Board for the State of Nevada and is a member of the Board of Trustees of ACE High School (Academy for Career Education). Phil’s recent awards and recognitions include:
