Cassidy Polish Joins Henderson Development Association Board of Trustees
McDonald Carano proudly announces that Cassidy Polish has joined the Board of Trustees of the Henderson Development Association. HDA, the economic development arm of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, focuses on growing the primary job base in Henderson by attracting, retaining, expanding, and diversifying the business community.
Cassidy is a Director in our Government Affairs & Advocacy Group. Her native Nevadan born and raised roots provide her with the knowledge, experience, and relationships for helping clients with government affairs, legislative advocacy, policy development, and community relations. Cassidy’s background includes serving as an in-house government relations manager for HCA Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest providers of healthcare services, and Deputy Director of Government Affairs for Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, the largest trade association representing Southern Nevada’s residential construction industry.
Cassidy is also a Board Member and Outreach Committee Member of HomeAid Southern Nevada, a local affiliate of HomeAid. Through housing development and community engagement, HomeAid’s mission is to help those experiencing homelessness to build new lives.

- Henderson On-Board focuses on workforce development by assisting companies with their new employees and introducing them to the Henderson community (bimonthly).
- Henderson Annual Economic Development Awards recognizes local businesses who have added new jobs and/or new facility growth, and honors and selects the Person of the Year in the public and private sectors (annually in November in conjunction with the HCC Small Business Awards).
