For many law school graduates, August/September marks the anniversary of the beginning of our career; our first job as an associate, or rather, an “Associate, Pending Admission to the State Bar of Nevada.”  Reflecting back on your first year as an associate doubtlessly unearths a multitude of emotions.  There is a good chance as a new associate you were overcome by the excitement of beginning your new profession and let’s face it, no more finals.  You most likely experienced fear of the unknown, confusion by office politics and frustration, as you realized that law school was a mere introduction to the tip of the iceberg.  To read entire article click here.
