23 Reno Office Lawyers Recognized in The Best Lawyers in America 2025
McDonald Carano proudly announces that 21 of our Reno office lawyers have been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America and two lawyers received Ones to Watch recognition. Among this highly regarded team of 23 lawyers, five also received Lawyer of the Year awards in one or more practice areas. Lawyer of the Year honors are awarded to only one lawyer per practice area in a specific region who achieves “extremely high overall feedback from their peers, making it an exceptional distinction.” Only 0.4% of those in private practice receive Lawyer of the Year distinction. Ones to Watch recognizes “extraordinary lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years for outstanding professional excellence.”
The list of recognized lawyers in our Reno office is provided below. The list of recognized lawyers in our Las Vegas office is provided here.
“Best Lawyers accolades are based purely on the review of other top lawyers practicing in the same metropolitan and practice areas. Those practicing against each other in mediation or arguing across the aisle in court are providing positive feedback on their peers’ skillset, knowledge, and professionalism. These awards are a genuine vote of confidence in their fellow lawyers.”
