10th Lawyer of the Year Award in Construction Law and Litigation
In the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, McDonald Carano celebrated our 13th Lawyer of the Year award in Construction Law and Construction Litigation. George Ogilvie (Las Vegas office) received the Construction Law award in 2024 and 2020 and the Construction Litigation award in 2019; James Bradshaw (Reno office) received the Construction Litigation award in 2021; and William Magrath (Reno office) received the Construction Law award in 2023 and 2021 and the Construction Litigation award in 2023, 2019, 2015 and 2012.
Lawyer of the Year honors are awarded to only one lawyer in a specific area of law in a specific region who achieves “extremely high overall feedback from their peers, making it an exceptional distinction.” Only 0.4% of those in private practice received the Lawyer of the Year distinction. George, Matt, Jim, and Bill serve construction industry clients from around the world with legal services needs on projects throughout Nevada.
