McDonald Carano Wilson's Intellectual Property Law Group has extensive experience in advising and assisting businesses and individuals, including professional and collegiate sports figures, in connection with the registration, enforcement, licensing and protection of intellectual property and associated rights.

Composed of four attorneys, the group is adept in negotiating and drafting of intellectual property documents and agreements used in all areas of practice, including corporate and business transactions, licensing, technology transfers, Internet and e-commerce, employment, and commercial and secured transactions, among others.
