Aaron Shipley practices in the areas of commercial and complex litigation, trusts & estate litigation, and employment and labor law.
Mr. Shipley has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from pleading and motion practice through discovery, settlement, and trial. One of only a few attorneys in Nevada who specialize in trust and estate litigation, he has received many accolades for his practice, in which he represents clients whose trusts and estates are being contested. Mr. Shipley has more than 15 years of experience representing local businesses, several national and multinational corporations, and government agencies. Since 2009, he has been named a “Mountain States Super Lawyer.” He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Clark County Bar Association, and he is licensed to practice in Nevada and Utah.
Commercial & Complex Litigation
Mr. Shipley has particular experience handling complex business disputes and the substantive claims that typically arise in those disputes, including breach of contract, interference with contract, business entity dissolutions, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and bad faith.
