McDonald Carano Wilson's Trust Estate and Wealth Preservation Practice (TEW) Group has significant experience representing trustees, beneficiaries, and creditors in trust and estate litigation matters. The TEW Group is comprised of six lawyers and three paralegals. Five of the lawyers have L.L.M. or Master Degrees in taxation and estate planning, and two of the lawyers are licensed certified public accountants. Two are fellows in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the most prestigious affiliation for trust and estate practitioners. No other Nevada law firm has more than one such fellow, and only seven are admitted statewide.
