The head of our group, Kaaran Thomas, is one of two practicing lawyers in Nevada admitted as a fellow to the American College of Bankruptcy Attorneys, the national honorary fellowship for bankruptcy practitioners. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thomas was a partner at the international law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP. Ms. Thomas has specialized in bankruptcy matters since 1977 and has appeared in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States.
